Savan House - A Dialogue Between Culture, Nature, and Form
Savan House is not merely a villa, but a spiritual and spatial journey in the temperate and humid forests of northern Iran, where architecture becomes a dialogue between human presence, nature, time, and a sense of spirituality.

Aria Sanat Industrial - Administrative Office, Tehran
Designed by Nobico Studio, the Aria Sanat project is located in the industrial zone of Ghaleh Hassan Khan and redefines the conventional industrial-administrative office through a contemporary, human-centered approach. Situated in an environment dominated by rigid functionality and visual monotony, the project introduces formal clarity, openness, and enhanced spatial quality. Rather than simply addressing operational needs, the design focuses on improving the everyday work experience by promoting interaction, cohesion, and a sense of purpose within the industrial setting.

Reflections of Nobility - Niavaran Jewelry Boutique
Situated in the culturally rich Niavaran district, adjacent to the historic Niavaran Palace, the design of this jewelry boutique emerges from the intersection of royal heritage, architectural elegance, and elite contemporary life. The site’s distinctive character—the legacy of Persian royalty combined with a modern, high-end clientele—sets the stage for a spatial narrative where light, clarity, and precision shape the environment as much as they define the product.

Aria Sanat Industrial - Administrative Project
The Aria Sanat project is located in the industrial district of Shahr-e Qods (Qaleh Hassan Khan), adjacent to Fath Highway—an area defined by its strict functionalism, lack of visual diversity, and disregard for environmental quality. Within this context, the project seeks to reinterpret the conventional typology of industrial factories, aiming to create a human-centered and contemporary spatial experience—where architecture is not merely a vessel for production, but a medium for spatial interaction and perception.

Savan House
The name Savan House derives from the Gilaki word Savan, meaning a semi-open threshold between inside and outside, between refuge and openness. It reflects a way of dwelling defined not only as shelter but as harmony with the spirit of place

It reinterprets the conventional notion of the industrial-administrative office through a contemporary architectural approach that emphasizes formal clarity, openness, and user-centered experience.

Pasargad Oil Company Monitoring Center
How can architectural space support the precision of data-driven industries while preserving a sense of clarity, control, and human orientation? This question defined our approach to the design of the Pasargad Oil Company Monitoring Center—an operational core for real-time observation and control of oil extraction systems. In a context where performance is paramount, we asked: Can space itself become an instrument of monitoring? Our response was not to merely house technology, but to choreograph its presence spatially—through form, light, and hierarchy.

Aria Sanat Industrial - Administrative Project
At the heart of the project lies a suspended, red staircase that functions as a visual and experiential centerpiece. Beyond its utilitarian role in vertical circulation, this staircase organizes the spatial structure of the project and orients users within it. With its sculptural form, it bridges the two contrasting volumes—solid and transparent—symbolizing the relationship between order and freedom, enclosure and openness.

Raspina Wellness Club
Conceived as a holistic wellness center within the dense urban fabric of Niavaran, Raspina reimagines the spatial and sensorial dimensions of health architecture. This project, designed byNobico Studio in 2015, is a response to the contemporary individual’s search for a deeper connection with the body, space, and nature.

Savan House
The design is inspired by the spiral geometry of a snail shell, a symbol of continuity, movement, and ascension. This form shapes both physical structure and spatial experience. The journey begins at the forest edge, moves into the contemplative calm of a central courtyard, and culminates on a rooftop opening to boundless views. Gradual shifts in scale, light, and elevation guide the user from openness toward serenity.

Cobalt 28 Office
How can we define spatial boundaries—without building them? In Cobalt 28, we chose not to divide the space through solid partitions or rigid zoning. Instead, we shaped the architecture through perception: by layering intensity of color, degrees of transparency, and shifts in volumetric presence. The result is not a set of rooms, but a spatial atmosphere that flows, guides, and holds.

Aria Sanat Industrial - Administrative Project
The Aria Sanat project represents an effort to transcend the formal, functional, and climatic constraints commonly associated with industrial architecture. It seeks to create a spatial environment in which efficiency and environmental quality serve the human experience of work. Here, this project is redefined not only as a spatial form, but also as a vessel for spirit, meaning, and interaction.

Aria Sanat Industrial- Administrative Project
The first volume is solid and opaque, painted in pure red, and accommodates managerial and semi-private functions. The second layer is transparent and structural in expression, housing more public administrative programs. This formal contrast is not intended as opposition, but rather as a reflection of functional transparency and spatial continuity within the industrial-administrative environment. The building’s primary form is composed of a simple, cubic volume that aligns with the industrial fabric of its surroundings. However, it gains architectural meaning through a conceptual contrast between two distinct volumetric layers.
